Invitation to celebrate Education for Freedom

BASE Bardiya and MS Nepal have been working in collaboration with the District Education Office in Bardiya and the local communities to improve the educational conditions for the children of freed Kamaiya bonded labourers and other disadvantaged groups, under the programme 'Education for Freedom (EFP)'.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the
Celebration of the EFP programme in Bardiya on November 11th and 12th
Honourable Minister for Education, Ms. Renu Kumari Yadav has been invited to be the Chief Guest
His Excellency Mr. Finn Thilsted, Danish Ambassador to Nepal, has kindly accepted to be the Guest of Honour.
November 11:
10 am: Visit Child-Centred Schools for Kamaiya children (small groups in various villages of Bardiya)
3 pm: Inauguration of the new Climate Responsive School Building (Venue: Janta Nagar, Bardiya)
November 12:
11 am- 2 pm: Inauguration of Educational Awareness Festival (Venue: Bhurigaon, Bardiya).
