New PAB Chair
During a extraordinary PAB meeting 23rd February 2005 the MS-Zambia Policy Advisory Board constituted it self.Ms. Besinati Mpeopo, Coordinator for for Civil Society for Poverty Reduction was elected Chairperson followed by Mr. Donald Sakala from Petauke District Council, who will continue as Vice Chairperson. Former PAB Chairperson Ms. Chilufya Kasutu did not stand for re-election.
Ms. Besinati Mpepo has been an independent member of the PAB for the past three years and is well known within the MS family.
