News From PAB
At the PAB meeting held on 4th February 2004, just before the MS-Zambia Annual Meeting 2004, it was agreed that the meeting would present a report from the provincial meetings held at ISTT where partners critically reviewed the MS-Zambia Annual Report 2003 and assessed its relevance to development in the provinces and partners in the various components.The PAB would then prepare for the presentation at the Annual Meeting of their analysis of key concerns from the partners as they affect the whole MS-Zambia programme in terms of policy.
It was further agreed that time will be set aside at the MS-Zambia Annual meeting to discuss the overall MS mission statement.
Maiken Lassen from the MS Board in Denmark would prepare three key areas for participants to discuss and report during the annual meeting.
Preliminary areas suggested are the political and structural causes of poverty and partnership approach.
A revised agenda for the Annual Meeting was then prepared to include a discussion of the mission statement.
