The aim of MS Uganda’s democracy project is to help creating a culture of democracy and participation in the development of Uganda at all levels: A Uganda where the public demands for transparent management of public affairs and effective participation in community development affairs. And where all citizens participate and take collective as well as individual responsibility in public and private affairs.
