Reaching the poor: In and out of poverty

Poverty reduction! Poverty eradication! Billions of people live in poverty. And we all say that we want to help them out of it.

In fact, poverty eradication is one of the two main objectives of MS. But what is poverty? Who is poor? And do MS Uganda and her partners manage to reach and help the poor?
