New schools for Nepal: Low cost, climate responsive, ecologically friendly and earthquake safe

In Bardiya, BASE (Backward Society Education) builds new schools that have the potential of revolutionizing school construction in Nepal. This comes at a time when 50.000 new classrooms are going to be built under the 'Education For All' programme. The key words are: Cost effective, climate responsive, ecologically sustainable and earthquake safe.
