AADK TOR SPA Impact Review 2024

Action Aid Denmark (AADK) is hereby inviting consultants to submit proposals for an ex-ante evaluation of its Strategic Partnership Programme (SPA) with Danida.
The ex-ante evaluation should present a robust evaluation of results, effectiveness, and relevance towards the end of the SPAII from the perspective of the right-holders.
