Rent an affordable meeting room in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, with space for 20 people.
Justice Room is a flexible and cozy space designed to foster dialogue and collaboration. Here, you can hold meetings, workshops, presentations, or events. The room can accommodate larger workshops, as you can arrange tables and chairs according to your needs.
The room is equipped with a large table seating 12 people, as well as a TV screen, whiteboard, flipchart, video conferencing equipment, and internet.
Price
You can book the room by the hour or for a longer period:
- 300 DKK per hour
- 8 AM–5 PM: 1,500 DKK
- 5 PM–10 PM: 600 DKK
- Whole day: 1,800 DKK
Catering
You can order from our catering package or use the shared kitchen on the 4th floor if you bring your own food and drinks.

Who can book
The room can be used by anyone. For instance NGO's, activists, educational institutions and others working for a more just and susatinable world. You can see the prices in the room descriptions.
How do you book?
Booking the room is very easy. You can fill out the form on this page, and we will contact you. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to send us an email at udlejning@ms.dk.
What are the payment and cancellation policies?
Room rental and catering must be paid at least 20 days before the event.
If you cancel the room less than 20 days before the rental date, you will be charged the full amount. Payment is made via the invoice sent to you or by bank transfer to Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke’s account. Remember to include the invoice number or reference number with your payment.
If the rented room is not cleaned up after use, as described in the booking confirmation, you will be charged an additional fee of DKK 1,000.
We kindly ask you to inform us if, unexpectedly, you take over a room that is not cleaned or has any deficiencies.
What IT equipment is included in the room?
All rooms for more than 6 people are equipped with a projector, screen, speakers, whiteboards, flip charts, and video conferencing equipment, so you can include online participants in your meeting. The projector and video conferencing equipment can be connected to a personal computer via HDMI and USB ports.
Additionally, the Community Hall has one handheld wireless microphone.
There is no IT support on site, but an introduction to the equipment is gladly provided during a scheduled viewing.
How is signage handled?
We are a large building where many meetings take place. Our entrances are named A, B, and C. You are responsible for providing the entrance letter, room name, and room number to the person running the event as well as to your participants.
You are welcome to put up temporary signage on the day of the event or send posters for A5 printing well in advance before the event starts.
